eStatements

Access your bank statement at your convenience. eStatements are a secure way to receive your statements because account information is password protected so the chance of fraud and identity theft is reduced. You will receive an email notification when your statement is ready so no more waiting for the mail to deliver a paper statement. This option allows you easy access to past statements for up to 12 months and you are able to print them when or if you need to. Save paper and decrease the clutter in your office.

ACH Origination

A flexible and convenient electronic way of transferring funds. Give your customers an easy way to make payments or set up a payroll direct deposit for your employees which can save you time and money. Send and collect funds from your customers electronically. *Subject to approval.

Remote Deposit Capture

Remote Deposit Capture allows you to deposit your daily collected checks without leaving your business, which will save you time by not having to drop off deposits at a branch. With this service you scan images of your checks to be deposited using a special scanner and your funds become available the next day. The system is user friendly and C$B will provide your scanner, software and training.

Check Positive Pay

Check Positive Pay is a fraud prevention service that provides early detection of fraudulent, altered or counterfeit checks.  This web-based service through the Collins State Bank Online Banking lets you review exception items before they are paid and return checks that appear fraudulent.

ACH Positive Pay

ACH Positive Pay is a fraud prevention service that enables your business to monitor and control your ACH activities.  This can help prevent unauthorized and potentially fraudulent electronic debit transactions from posting to your accounts.  Transactions that do not meet the rules you specify are categorized as exceptions and are available for you to review and make a pay or return decision.

Merchant Services

Make it easier for your customers to pay you by utilizing our merchant card services which offer a variety of payment options including VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

Wire Transfers

When you need to get money somewhere and you don’t have the time to send it any other way, wire transfers provide a reliable way to send funds quickly and safely.

Night Depository

If you can’t make it to the bank during our normal business hours, C$B offers the convenience of night depository at all of our locations. All deposits or payments are posted the next business day.
